Here is the document that we discussed at the May 11th teleconference meeting.  Only a very small change has been made in this document since it was sent to you for the meeting.  Please post comments (or actually change the document if you can! I'm still figuring out all the capacities myself) so that we have another version of the document to discuss at the next meeting (yet to be set).
